We accept several vision plans​ provided by Traverse City's major employers.  If you do not see your vision plan listed, please call our office to discuss your options.  We are happy to courtesy bill, using your out-of-network benefits.  If you are coming in for medical eye care, we do accept many of the major medical plans, including Medicare, Priority Health, Blue Cross, and Cigna.  Please be aware that if we bill your medical plan, your deductible may apply and any copayment will be due at the time of service.
